Shipping & delivery

We ship our products throughout Sweden. Every order is handled with the greatest care and quality.

Delivery time: Normal delivery time is 3–5 business days after the product has been finished.

Handmade products: Many of our products are handmade and take extra work, so delivery can in some cases take up to 14 days.

Shipping options: We offer standard shipping within Sweden. When your order ships, you get a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping costs SEK 69. Orders of SEK 400 or more ship for free. You can also pick up your order free of charge at Hagavägen 36, 784 40 Borlänge.

Return policy

We want you to always feel safe and happy with your purchase. That is why we offer a clear and generous return policy:

30-day open purchase

You always have the right to return your product within 30 days of receiving it.

Broken product or transport damage

If the product is damaged in transit, we send you a new one at no extra cost.

Please contact us with a photo of the damage and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.

Right of withdrawal

If you change your mind, we will of course accept the return.

You pay the return shipping, and we refund the product's price once we have received the item back in its original condition.

Customer satisfaction

Our highest priority is that you are 100 % satisfied. If something does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will always find a solution.
